For bosses as pets, I'll go with Glint, Lich, Shiro, Varesh, Kanaxai.
BUT in reality, I would rather have a Jade Armor, or Jade Bow!!! Maybe Mursaat too!!! Spectral Agony FTW!!! Seriously, the only enemies "infused" against it are the Titans. Hmmm... I'd have to say a Temple Guardian for my mo/r, and a redwood shepherd for my ranger. Of course Island Guardian line of monsters is pretty cool too...
